TELEVISION SPECTRAL MICROSCOPE

Microscope mod. 5001 is designed for forensic investigation and authenticity control of materials, documents, banknote and security papers.
It enables the user to investigate objects under 1 to 140x magnification in blue, green, yellow and red parts of visible diapason and in two parts of infra-red diapason in different positions of illuminators as to the working surface.

Features of 5001:

  • electronic control with the help of the keyboard;
  • presence of LCD indicator, lighted;
  • automatic filters set-up;
  • possibility to connect to video-monitor, video-recorder, personal computer (with the help of the video capture device);
  • possibility to set the program of investigation.

Operation modes of 5001:

1. Visual investigation of objects under 5 to 98x magnification, using main 8x and 14x oculars in the modes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 13, 14, 15.
2. Investigation under white light, created by mixing blue, green and yellow colours used in the modes 2, 3, 4.
3. investigation in the blue part of spectrum (480 nm)
4. Investigation in the green part of spectrum (540 nm)
5. Investigation in the yellow part of spectrum (650 nm)
6. Investigation in the red part of spectrum (650 nm)
7. Investigation in the IR area of spectrum (870 nm) when the IR light source is placed under the angle of 3-5 as to the working surface (oblique light) with discreteness of 90 to the view axle.
8. Investigation in the IR area of spectrum (870 nm) in the mode 6, when all the light sources is operated simultaneously.
9. Investigation of the material's properties conditioned by the IR-luminescence properties, using infra-red high pass filters with thresholds 650 nm (IR1); 685 nm (IR2) and 700 nm(IR3) in the modes 1, 2, 3, 4.
10. Investigation in the IR area of spectrum (870 nm) when the angle of IR-illumination as to the horizontal view axle is changed smoothly.
11. Investigation of the object with the help of compatible light source (CLS) taken from RGB colour space by the method of mixing basic colours (blue, green and red) of different brightness.
12. Investigation of objects with the help of CLS from the RGB colour space adding the source of IR diapason.
13. Investigation of material's properties, conditioned by the UV-luminescence using the broad band pass filter (400-650 nm) in the operation of UV-light.
14. Investigation of the material's properties with "anti - stoks" effect using the broad band pass filter (360-500 nm) when the source of IR light is operating in the modes 6, 7.
15. Investigation of the materials under the light using the bottom source of white light.
