POWER ENGINEERING

In the power industry thermograph can be used over the entire cycle of generation and distribution of electric power: from power stations and high-voltage transmission lines to substations and the equipment of power consumers. A thermogram will quickly and clearly reveal malfunction long before minor faults grow into major operational problems because inspection is carried out under normal operating conditions, measurements are non-contact, early detection of faults facilitates planning of maintenance and repair and procurement of spare parts.

POWER RESOURCES SAVING

Thermograph investigation saves power resources and is a reliable mean of eliminating heat losses. Using IR-methods of control for discovery of buildings' and roofs' defects and their repairs timely, before the big detriment is playing the great part in rise of structure power effectiveness and making it possible to save investments at equipment and materials. The discovery of water condense, defective concrete panel, warmth leakage from buildings seams makes it possible to localise defect and take all needed steps for its removal.

INDUSTRY

The IR-method can be used for condition inspection of heat-resistant isolation of periodic and uninterrupted operation stoves, thermal, drying stoves, kilns, dryers, boilers, hot cisterns repository scoops, isolation conduits. IR-defect scope can help to detection steam conductor leaks, isolation defects of steam distributive networks and condense pots. Thermograph makes it possible to discover underground conduits' leaks.

MACHINE BUILDING

IR-method can control cog transmissions, shafts, clutches, wedge-belts, pulleys, sprocket drive, conveyers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, couplings. The advantage of the IR-thermograph during mechanical equipment control is saving time because after place overheating definition you can easily determine need in repair. The thermograph with research of vibration and bolt-impulse defect scope can widen effective of thermograph control.

PUBLIC HEALTH

Thermography in medicine is a well-known diagnostic tool, which can indicate abnormality basing on variations in surface temperature. Its major benefit is total non-invasiveness. The information content of conventional thermography can be increased by the use of DYNAMIC INFRARED THERMAL IMAGING (DIT). The DIT provides the means for observing the development of a process in time, which considerably extends its diagnostic possibilities, particularly at the early stages of the disease.
